  Horrible customer service. Did not have photos ready as promised and when I showed up for pick-up, basically was lefy standing around for 20 min as they figured out that no one noticed the computer had NOT PRINTED ANY ORDERS ALL DAY. When i tied to get an estimate of what time my order eould be ready, they basically said they had NO IDEA because there were "Lots of orders in front of yours." Then tried calling5 hours later, no answer. The operator picked up 5 times trying to transfer me. HORRIBLE. DO NOT GET YOUR PICS HERE! Save yourself time and frustration

  Worst freaking experience ever. I waited 4 stupid hours for a canvas I go and pick it up and it's not even printed out! So I decided just to get the printed picture a d they wanted to charge me for the whole canvas ($40) when it was just a picture so I talk to managent and says there isn't a scan code for just the picture so he tells me it's 40 minutes so they can do the canvas. 40 minutes later I come in and they said they couldn't make it. Wtf I waited 5 f****n hours and they couldn't make it they gave me a poster for ($20) and they kept the original. Never going back
